Delivery took twice as long as promised (4 weeks instead of 2 weeks) and therefore much too late ... Goods were super embroidered and look great Customer service after complaints about delivery also very friendly and helpful

The complete quantity of this bandana model was not in stock and we also needed longer for the qualitative embroidery of the caps. Your order arrived on 06.06.17, was dispatched on 28.06.17 and delivered in Austria on 03.07.17. We are pleased that you appreciate the quality of the embroidery.

You give the wrong information on the size guide.
You advise us to round up to the next size up, when it's actually below, and we have to pay for returns. It's getting expensive for a hat.
