Usually I'm always satisfied but on my last snapback cap customization I noticed a few flaws it was a bit badly sewn. ...and it's a shame you can't customize the gold label that's put on the cap to get a more real look.

Disappointed, I thought I'd get a thicker bandana. Also, it doesn't say made in USA, but designed in USA. Where are they made then, in China? - No gift-wrapping, because nice packaging reserved for Christmas parties.

I didn't have too much to do with customer service so I can't rate it. The documents included in the delivery were unfortunately in French and therefore of no use to me. Otherwise I am very happy with the order. best regards Fabio Arz
