Hello, Your customer service is receptive (reply to my email quickly with reimbursement of shipping costs), but I am extremely disappointed by embroidery 9 (it is only on the side of the cap in very small???), if the choice of the brand does not allow to have an embroidery on the front of it might as well not offer it because the result is insignificant ... I am very disappointed with the quality of my custom cap. There was a black thread on the top which is red, the visor is sewn askew, the materials are of mediocre quality...

When I last ordered the bob had been deformed and put straight into the box in the parcel. However, I had previously ordered a bob of the same brand and it had arrived packaged in a box of the brand in question (Cayler and sons) and then packaged in a parcel for dispatch. It was therefore in perfect condition when it arrived.
