Super product, very reactive exchanges following an error on my order. The only downside is that Headict works with Chronopost...and I can't stand Chronopost anymore with their delivery delays for no reason. Change partner and everything will be perfect.

I placed an order on May 17th and to this day I still haven't received anything even though it was a surprise to offer and they said it would take 7-10 days to arrive ... Disappointed .

I placed a first order and I was really extremely satisfied with my 2 caps and even my students want to order from me.
So I immediately reordered 3 caps but disappointingly the cut has changed slightly so the caps don't look great on me.
As for customer service, an e-mail was sent but I haven't received any feedback (what a shame).

The quality of the personalization is there for all to see, but it's too early to say whether the cap (made in China) is of the same high quality - I hope so, given the price.

Lousy delivery, but it's just like Colissimo Engraving and color are in line. On the other hand, average quality, especially on the back of the plastic cap, which isn't very comfortable.

Both products were delivered quickly. Great packaging, returned 1 product due to too big.
Delivered the correct product within 10 days.
Too bad that the additional cost of returning was quite high. Also very unfortunate that many mails come in in French and not everything is convertible to Dutch.

super happy with my caps, the quality is good and the packaging too! as for collissimo it's as usual very average but well it's the post office I'm no longer surprised with them! it was my first purchase hard headict and it will not be the last.
