Buffalo hat on sale arrived without its conservation box (from the "Stetson" brand) when it was supposed to be delivered with it, according to the description on the site). Very happy with the product, the size and the delivery, but very disappointed by the absence of this box which protects the hat during the period of non-use. Too bad

Colissimo delivery, as always, late. The product itself is of good quality, but size too big. I wouldn't send it back because I'm tired of paying return shipping. Your customer service is top-notch, but next time I'll order directly from Stetson, with more choice, more information and perfect sizing.

You should reconsider the parcel service. And customer service responds very quickly but is playing for time. Parcel was hanging somewhere in Melle in a depot for a few days. Could have been there sooner.

The package did not arrive within 48 hours as announced. I was out of town when it arrived. Fortunately I got it back without any problem when I came back. So 2 stars.
The hat is perfect, so 5 stars.
The customer service issue does not apply. I did like being able to track my parcel online. So 3 stars.

Cap received too big (58cm measured for head size but on the site 58-59 so size L so too big. To be clear, you need a 56-57, i.e. size M, when you're a 59. Size chart to be reviewed.
The brand's metal label arrived damaged.
In both cases, it's not my fault, but I still had to pay for the return... The return policy should be reviewed...
