Nice cap, but the tab at the back was all frayed, so I had to cut off a piece of the tab used to tighten the cap.

a little disappointed with the last purchase, the size l is much larger and the shape is different from the hat I wanted and has a lack of ventilation so the straw remains very wet and deforms the hat.

3 hats ordered. 2 hats have a defect and the 3rd, the size indicated on the site does not correspond. Return coupon not respected because I wanted the exchange of a hat and avoid paying shipping again. Everything was refunded to me except the shipping costs of the return which should have been (see right INC) A voucher of 15 is offered to me but good more very desire to order.

The cap fastener is really very average .... not up to the standard of the cap and embroidery. For the price and regular use, it's a real shame; I'm going to change it for a snackback.

It's a shame to have to pay shipping and return costs. And as far as I'm concerned, it's been 2 tries and I can't find the right size. So not for my head. I'll have to find a real store so I can try first. That doesn't take away from the choice and quality of the website.

The quality is top-notch. Just one point about personalization: The branding simulation doesn't show the real size delivered. I thought it would be bigger.

Nice delivery time. One of the caps has a forest green underside. I chose the pink cap top without knowing that the bottom would be green. Had I known, I wouldn't have bought it. It was my main cap for advertising... Very disappointed.
