Delivery gave problems due to the chosen delivery driver. Is unrelated to Headict but makes one feel worse. Cap looks neat. Bag around it makes the "expensive" not feel cheap.

Apart from the delivery, which I found a little long. I find that you have an excellent contact with your customers. And you respond very quickly. Product was a "Stetson Trilby hat. Completely as described and well packed. The site promised a delivery date of max 3 days after purchase but this only arrived a week later. Replying to emails then with a comment regarding delivery date is apparently in its infancy.

Perfect, but with a downside: the cap has certainly been stored away for a long time, and as a result has a very bad, unsightly crease on the top of the head that's impossible to flatten. A real shame.

I can understand that shipping costs are charged to the customer for an item they don't buy, but paying 16.5 euros to replace it because it's not the right size, that sticks in my craw.

Great product quality and customer service. However, I was disappointed by one of the six caps I ordered, which was not the trucker type. As these are customized models, there's no view of the side or back of the cap. So I had to recommend a seventh.

According to Headict, the delivery was going to take 5-6 days. What I did not know and found very unfortunate is that it took almost three times as long. It came from France which apparently takes a very long time.... Was useful to know that you order in Dutch, (the contact in English) and the tracking code completely in French. Contact did take very long, as did the delivery. Cap was otherwise super
