Good engraving quality and relatively short delivery time, but the finish is really not that good... the stitching makes me think it won't last very long. Too bad, I'm not sure I'll be coming back to you considering the quality/price level (very high). Sincerely, Martin

A serious company, both in terms of delivery and choice, but I have one big problem concerning the return option. Beyond the fact that the return is at our expense, the fact of printing a sheet to be filled in by hand seems totally archaic. This point needs to be reviewed.
