The delivery was fast, the packaging conformed to specifications and the product corresponded to my expectations. The little extra...A phone call from the Headict service to ask me if I wanted to personalize the product I had bought? It's great to have human contact.

The parcel was well packaged and arrived in good condition. Unfortunately, the hat is too big for me, so I sent it back to the sender. Your sizing system seems unreliable. You're almost the only company on the market where it works like that. I don't think I'll do it again.

Everything could be perfect, unfortunately I received a different item than the one on the website photo.
There is orange on the product I received which was not present on the photo. If I had seen the orange on the product I would not have ordered it. This is an annoying fact and should be reported.

Very nice cap, just like the photo :-). The color of the stitched word, which had been suggested by the site, is just right. Delivery on time, I'm happy. Too bad there's not just a little card with a kind note... not essential but very nice...

Yes, I'm satisfied, because I had originally made a mistake with my order and so I contacted your customer service department, who answered the phone even though it was past closing time. I just haven't been reimbursed yet... I'm still waiting. Thank you, I'm very happy with my purchase.

The order was carried out perfectly, the tracking of the parcel allowed me to know where and when the goods were and what's more, I didn't need to go to the post office as the parcel went into the letterbox. I am very satisfied with this site which allowed me to give a lovely gift which I really liked, well done and thank you.
