Following a model error, it was not possible for me to see the final order, customer service was not helpful.

As indicated in our conversation, in the customization module you can select the front, side and back view of your cap. As soon as you add it to your basket, a visual with a description is displayed, followed by the one in your basket. You therefore have three opportunities to check your personalization before purchasing. Sincerely, The Headict team

For my first personalized cap, I chose headict and I don't regret it, as much for the style of the writing and the color, as for the top quality of the embroidery.... Just to be more fussy, a little more collector's package than the little bag on delivery would be welcome on a product at this price, but otherwise thank you to the team and see you soon for a new creation.

Ease of production, speed of delivery, serious after-sales service following a printing error on their part. Everything was sorted out by e-mail in less than an hour on Monday 20 August, while I waited for them to print my cap again. In short, there's no need for this .... "headache". Sincerely Laurent

I'm very happy with Headict's service. The caps I've ordered are very well made and have always arrived in good condition. After a parcel was stolen from my mailbox, the site graciously returned the same cap to me free of charge.
