The product is great, well delivered, but I only give 4 stars for service because I would have liked to have had a little paper in the parcel with little maintenance tips, information on the loyalty system, return procedures in case with contacts, etc..

I was surprised when I discovered my bonnet, nicely presented in a small ivory bag, compared to the visual on the website. I almost sent it back, as the moiré aspect was not visible on the photo, otherwise I wouldn't have chosen it. In the end, I kept it, for its quality, its elegant style and for a change from classic bonnets.
