3 hats ordered. 2 hats have a defect and the 3rd, the size indicated on the site does not correspond. Return coupon not respected because I wanted the exchange of a hat and avoid paying shipping again. I can understand that shipping costs are charged to the customer for an item they don't buy, but paying 16.5 euros to replace it because it's not the right size, that sticks in my craw.

The packaging did not hold up. The flat cap was in a flimsy flat box and was amateurishly and repeatedly taped on both short sides. The flat cap was undamaged. If one ships any other kind of headgear, e.g. a hat, this way you have a chance of damage. So use sturdy rigid boxes Otherwise, the flat cap I ordered is a perfectly nice cap that meets expectations.
