I gave 5 stars to the three proposals, because despite a small mistake in the order, the delivery, return and re-delivery were made in 8 days, so hyper reactive and customer service really top. As for the quality of the product, "perfect".

Well-designed site. If there's a negative point, it's the fact that sizes seem to vary from one brand to another (in my experience, between Bailey and Stetson, which is a smaller size), and it might be a good idea to add this type of indication, admittedly more subjective but invaluable in avoiding paid returns.

Online I had added an embroidery at the back, this was not visible in the order confirmation, but I didn't think anything of it... Unfortunately the embroidery was missing on the goods, although it would have been a nice detail The caps and the embroidery are very well made The delivery was uncomplicated and fast
