It would be nice to have a service for returns or exchanges: phone number or email response within 48 72 hours because I sent a return a week ago for an exchange and I have no news of. It's important to inform the customer of the tracking. I don't know if you received the Colissimo if I could have the size I requested and when the parcel will arrive. It's a shame.

I find the material of the cap very floppy and thus the quality very poor. I had hoped that it was a form-fitting model. Also, the photo did not show that the flap is slightly rounded. I find 80,= enormously expensive for such mediocre quality.Unfortunately a mis-buy. I hope customer service will respond.

Clear on the non-customized caps. However, on the personalized cap, even if the embroidery is of high quality, there's a problem with the alignment of the front embroidery. Too bad, it could have been perfect.

The cap is really nice but I find your video misleading. It describes a great packaging with a small fabric bag and a pretty box that looks premium especially when you offer... to end up with a cap surrounded by a piece of paper in a crude cardboard box... I was excited by your video that highlighted the premium craftsmanship... I feel a little cheated...

The patch was crooked. Not too bad as it was a round one, but the logo is a bit crooked, which fortunately is less noticeable on mine. But still stars deduction for that.
