I took the option to be delivered quickly, i.e. on Saturday, but TNT doesn't deliver on Saturdays, so I spent 10 for nothing. Apart from this detail, everything is perfect!

From the first delivery only the box arrived (Collissimo), hence the average score, but I hope this is an isolated case. The customer service was perfect and reactive and enabled me to receive a quality product! Thank you Headict and see you soon!

Hello, I'm very happy with the quality of my personalized cap. The 3D embroidery is more olive green than khaki, but the result is very nice! However, I have the feeling that the cap is slightly too small. I'm fastening it on the last point of attachment, whereas I usually use 3 or 4 points. Is it a head circumference defect or does it run small? Or maybe I've just got a big head!

Basically all good, only the return/exchange conditions are confusing (return is only 2 weeks from receipt, exchange 4 weeks), I would really prefer uniformity.

2nd time I've ordered You were super responsive to the after-sales service on the first order Product conformed and sent quickly by yourself Even if it's not your fault, the Colissimo service from La Poste is just a disaster. Over a week for delivery in Paris. Impossible for me to find the relay point in the 2nd arrondissement (a monoprix!).
