The website was buggy and the second parcel of my order was sent to my old address. Following my e-mail, great customer service who, after analyzing the file, didn't look for anything and sent me back the misplaced parcel. Bravo for your reactivity and your actions. The symbol I asked for on the cap doesn't show up very well, as the lines of the design are too fine. Maybe it's due to the image I sent, but when I tried it out on the site, it was much clearer. Too bad. Sin the quality seems really good, and these are very nice products.

The size of the cap I ordered for my husband was too big, so I called customer service to find out what to do. The person I spoke to on the phone, Lucas, explained very well what I had to do. He was very pleasant and attentive. I'm now waiting for the new cap, which Lucas says should arrive early next week.

The delivery was announced for Friday 16th, i.e. 48 hours after the order, but only arrived on Tuesday 20th. The problem doesn't come from Headict, because the order left as announced, but from the post office. Paying postage to receive the parcel in 2 working days and only receiving it after 5 working days is a bit much. Otherwise very happy with the cap.
