Return very difficult, item was sent back from France twice, no return has taken place, suitable size was not available, refund has not occurred
In response to my return request, I was informed that Headict is insolvent and that a return and refund are not possible. After a week, the shop is still online unchanged and orders can be placed. Even after 3 weeks, there is no change. A follow-up inquiry was not even answered. This is really absolutely terrible! I strongly advise against purchasing from Headict!
I received my package on 10/02. I returned it on 21/02 for a refund. Return within 14 days = refund. Return within 30 days = store credit. And you send my package back to me without any explanation?!
Did not receive the complete order and still no refund

Toto has had a very bad experience, received the wrong bar and after consulting, returned it with the received return label. Now there is a discussion that my return shipment has not been received. In short, I paid and so far, everything is out of my control, NOTHING.
However, the fabric is knitted so thinly that light shines through, and consequently, the wind blows through as well. Unfortunately, I could not recognize this flaw from the images beforehand. Additionally, I received a dark blue hat with a cable pattern, although I had accepted a black one without a braid. Be that as it may, in colder weather, I wear both hats on top of each other. As for the red beret: despite the instructions received by email to enlarge the opening, it is still too small for me (I don't have a big head). Beautiful red color, but really too small for an adult woman. The navy beret does not suit my complexion, the 'navy' color is closer to black than blue. I am disappointed.

2 purchases made and I still don't have a hat 🙁 Beware of sizes that are sold in S or M or XL and not in 56 or 58 or 60... Frustrated with the enjoyment of my purchases, I spent significant amounts on shipping costs for sending and returning due to errors that lack common sense in business and are especially non-refundable 🙁 I still haven't received a response from management after 5-6 emails sent... Headict should pamper its customers so that they become ADDICTED to their hats :))

Not so good
As of today, chronopost has not delivered the parcel despite my repeated reminders.

Paid 6 euros for the 48 h service,after 5 days still not delivered.With track and trace code you don't get any wiser either.

24-04-2024 ordered a hat for 50.89. Haven't received anything yet. Try to contact via email to either still get delivered or my money back. No response. They are scammers. People I advise NOT to buy anything from Headict.

Delivery times too late still not there

In the event of a return, the shipping costs for both the purchase and the return are borne by the buyer. So, regardless of whether the item fits or not, the shipping costs, in my case around EUR 10.00, are definitely gone. Therefore: Once and never again.
