Buffalo hat on sale arrived without its conservation box (from the "Stetson" brand) when it was supposed to be delivered with it, according to the description on the site). Very happy with the product, the size and the delivery, but very disappointed by the absence of this box which protects the hat during the period of non-use. Too bad

I ordered a cap size L (58/59) received quickly nothing to say. However, this one is size 59 and really too big. After calling customer service, I was told that unfortunately L sizes are often 59. Product refunded Too bad
