Everything from the order, processing, communication, delivery and packaging was very good. My wife even found a PorkPie here, which Stetson no longer makes and I had long since given up hope of getting it anywhere. Hello, After a parcel lost at Colissimo without any information from them, then a return of the parcel followed by a TNT passage with absence and an erroneous SMS from them, I got my parcel back. Throughout these 2 months, the Headict service has been top notch: understanding, competent, responsive. It's a shame that the delivery service providers aren't up to scratch...

It's a pity that the inside of the beret has plumes, or rather little pellets... You'll have to remove it by hand....

Hello, I'm delighted with your products (I recommended some in the process), and I like your site, what I propose to you I put a downer on the delivery because I'm 65km from you (in Switzerland), and my package left for Roissy, then plane to Zurich before returning ... I know there's not much you can do about it, but I think we can/should all look for solutions...

Very disappointed by the hats: The straw hat was very stiff and really uncomfortable, and the other one, although it was a brand name (and I'm used to this brand), didn't fit either, it didn't fit on my head. Of course we returned the items, the refund has already been made and that's very good, but the shipping costs we had to pay were also very disappointing.
