Hello, I'm a little disappointed with the quality of one of the caps, in terms of the fabrics used and the finish. I don't know if it's because it's made in china, but I own 4 "Stetson" caps and it's the first time I've had a "made in china" cap. The others were made either in Germany or Bulgaria and are of much better quality.
Textile visiere mal tendus . Embroidery quality very average. Decus for a product at 40E. I was going to make a series of 10 but I think I'll wait for better quality.
The size of the hat I received does not match the size I ordered. I ordered a size 55 and the hat I received is at least a size 58. Much too big. I will return my order. Best regards.
The product photo did not match the product. A great disappointment.
Hat sent in wrong size. Customer service very slow and extremely uncooperative. To be avoided.
Shipping costs at the customer's expense, for a return, I find that expensive.

Another hat too big , on 3 orders two are not the right size . I won't be ordering from headict again.

Wrong hat size no stock in my size..return at my expense
The deliveryman didn't even look for my name on the letterbox and told me he couldn't find it, even though it was there. He also didn't mention sending a collection slip by e-mail. It's a pity because I could have avoided waiting for the receipt by post.
Only half of the caps are labeled....
What can I say ... I'm still waiting for my products after 2 weeks of ordering with no response from after-sales service.
There were wrong sizes on the hat I wanted to order so it didn't fit. If I returned it again to get my money back I had to pay shipping costs again (shipping costs to send it to France, by the way). Furthermore, the response to my emails is short. Bad service.
I found my parcel left outside. Luckily one of my roommates picked it up before the rain, but more importantly, before a rain check. Otherwise very pleased with the product

You give the wrong information on the size guide. You advise us to round up to the next size up, when it's actually below, and we have to pay for returns. It's getting expensive for a hat.
The hat is way too small. 'Adaptable' is obviously to be taken with a very large grain of salt. Nor can I return it because it happened to be a bargain.

I ordered a hat twice in a row that doesn't fit (too small) even though I know my size and was careful to order the right size (60): the first 55-60 doesn't fit on my head, the second 60 is perched on the top of my head and doesn't fit. Very disappointed.

Super poor quality caps and poor return service
The product itself is very good. However, it arrived 5 days late, so the birthday had passed and it was the planned gift... I am therefore dissatisfied with the service but not with the product. I would advise you to plan ahead.

The product is very small for a 59, and of such poor quality that I'm still wondering if it's a real Borsalino.
Delivery takes too long and costs too much. In this case, it should be marked on the invoice or better shown.
Disappointed, I thought I'd get a thicker bandana. Also, it doesn't say made in USA, but designed in USA. Where are they made then, in China? - No gift-wrapping, because nice packaging reserved for Christmas parties.

The font on the cap face is not the same as the one ordered on the website...
The cap is much too big. The shape doesn't suit me at all. I can't return the product when I'm not satisfied because it's a personalized cap.
Cap too big, and impossible to adjust even though the site says it is possible. Returned at my expense for exchange.

Delivery did not arrive on the day announced
As stated in my previous correspondence, delivery is out of the advertised 20 days. Customer service is not always responsive. I can't rate the merchandise because I went away for the weekend to the place where I was supposed to offer the cap, which may have arrived today. For the record, last year I placed an order and everything was fine. How about next year?
The font is too small when there is a way to use more space on the helmet. And the site doesn't mention how to change the font. In short, a good cassette but a bad text font.
