The color of the hat was different than in the photo. Nevertheless, it is really beautiful and very high quality. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be nice to see not only the name of the self-designed hat in the shopping cart (because the layman can't do anything with that), but possibly also a small picture of the finished hat. Otherwise a very nice company.

I've already ordered several hats on HEADICT, but I have a comment on the sizes of some of them, in particular this Stetson hat in size 56/57 that I've just bought. It was delivered to me in 57 M and fits a little tight on my head, so it's a bit of a shame...because I'm a normal 57 and I prefer to be offered a specific size rather than between two sizes.

Pay for the return pfffff and be forced to print a voucher when it is so simple to send us an invoice with a note for the return.
