Bad photos on the site
After the blunder (not noticing and registering my payment) of me asking an opinion on Headict is not really helpful, nor is the outcome surprising.
The cap were for my 7 year old child . 1 Cap was too small and the other was too big.
Ordered a cap for 20 euros, unfortunately the size was not right so I wanted to return it. Once I arrived at the post office I was told that returning it would cost 13 euros. Now it is not worth it for me to send it back and I am stuck with a cap that is too small for me. Baal there strongly.
I received the products in good condition but one of the products did not correspond to what I had ordered.
Bad experience for my first order which was cancelled and refunded without even asking me my opinion... I expected a better commercial gesture from you.
Ordered personalized snapback. 1 day after ordering I found out that the text I had entered was incorrect. Through the contact form on the site immediately asked if this could still be changed. This form indicates a response within 1 business day, unfortunately no response and my question was not answered nor was it resolved. Bad service.
Please return the hat box to me. If it was just to save on postage, I should have done the same thing. I would like the box back so I can store the hat. Thank you
Hello, Your customer service is receptive (reply to my email quickly with reimbursement of shipping costs), but I am extremely disappointed by embroidery 9 (it is only on the side of the cap in very small???), if the choice of the brand does not allow to have an embroidery on the front of it might as well not offer it because the result is insignificant ... I am very disappointed with the quality of my custom cap. There was a black thread on the top which is red, the visor is sewn askew, the materials are of mediocre quality... I intend to obtain a commercial gesture, as the price is unjustified.
The box was open when it was delivered, it had been badly closed and the post office had to add tape... for the beret, very good quality but the size was too small so I had to send it back, too bad there is no size above...
The French postal service was extremely slow, and then there were the customs formalities. It took a whole month from the first order with return shipment because the cap was too big to the replacement cap.
The product in itself was good but too big and its own return shipping cost does not invite me to try another size. I have not yet received the amount paid back either.
Product was supposed to come from France but took 5 working days. I regularly receive packages from Germany which is much faster.

Fast delivery. Unfortunately the size was too small. Unfortunately return shipping is very expensive otherwise I would order more often. Nice website with a lot on offer. Too bad there is not such a shop in the Netherlands.
Unfortunately, the parcel was sent by a third-rate parcel service provider. They didn't manage to get to the specified delivery address and instead left the delivery at a store 5 km away without notifying me. It was only by chance that I found out where my parcel had gone on a French tracking site. It is a cheek to have to pay shipping costs for this as well
Good quality goods, but in my case they didn't fit. The delivery service used by headict was unreliable - incorrect information about delivery times, I then had to collect the parcel myself from a remote parcel store. Returning goods is also a bit cumbersome and has to be borne and tracked by the customer, as headict does not provide a guarantee.
If you are not aware of your quality of service .....que dire .
Hello, In order to justify my notes, I would like to let you know that I ordered a cap that was supposed to be made in Germany, but on the label it says made in Czech Republic. Is this false advertising? What's more, after wearing it for 6 days, it no longer fits on my head, having shrunk by one size. To think that I almost bought two of them...

Fast delivery and good quality product but be careful with the size, the one size is small. It's just a shame that return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense, especially with colissimo shipping required.
Delivery received on time but I had asked for white embroidery and I got green embroidery, given the waiting times for a possible exchange I didn't want to wait any longer so I settled for the green embroidery. I hope my next order goes better.
Good evening i put medium on merchandise and customer service because i was disappointed by the fact that the beret was made in china whereas i didn't find the information on your site, the answer from customer service didn't convince me either. Very disappointed by the return method in the event of a problem. At the buyer's expense and no news at the time of return I just received another size 1 week later.
Very good quality cap, nothing to complain about. Friendly customer service... But as far as my two deliveries are concerned, it's really something to be reconsidered...
