Very happy, exactly what I wanted

One of the reasons for my purchase was the advertised place of manufacture, a European country, Germany. I was surprised and very disappointed to find a "made in China" label on the cap.

Delivery from France which led to a slight delay.

A little expensive for what it is but the product corresponds to my expectations and fast delivery.

As for delivery, the problem doesn't come from you but clearly from the post office, the products are of very good quality, and replies to e-mails are quick and precise. For me, there's nothing to say, you're the fastest and cheapest way to find original caps. See you soon after the update of the customization module for a new beginning.

Two experiences buying from you were good, first better than second.Products are good and I will buy in future.BUT.The delivery of the second parcel was problematic, customer service needs a 0800 number.When you answer an email don't write Dear not followed by the customer's nameSecond hat has small but visible felt defects on the underside & a tight fit, the first one is perfect Improve plz.
