Too bad... the quality is impeccable...
The cap is of good quality. However, the color of the embroidery for personalization is nothing like the one displayed on the site. I asked for a burgundy red, and I ended up with a sort of bright violet/pink. Luckily I had a burgundy red textile felt on hand to correct this. For the price of the cap and the wait, it's expensive.
Hello, One hat is very good, the other one, the superman for kids, the pompom came off on the 2nd day.
The cap isn't what I expected and it doesn't specify how you can return an item (to exchange it for another), for example.
The photo of the cap was not accurate enough to show a slightly square shape on the front, which does not suit me. The size I ordered is too large, even though I had measured my head correctly and was within the suggested size range. Best regards.

The rendering on the site was very far from what we received. And we will not be reimbursed despite our return, the reason being that our order was personalized. Hi Headict team, yes I received my Trucker cap with good quality embroidery. The small problem is that for me, it seems that a TRUCKER cap has 3 sides in mesh and not canvas as received on delivery, so there is missing data in the technical description of this product.

Very long delivery. Instead of 10 days it took more than 3 weeks. One day I'm told that the order has left and the next day I'm told that it hasn't left yet.
The finish of the hat is deplorable, with poorly glued edges. Even if the price is low, the product should at least be properly made. That's how you build customer loyalty, even if the customer service on the website is good.

The website told me that the cap would arrive between 5 and 10 days after the order. I wanted to give it as a present on Saturday 23rd after having ordered it on Thursday 15th, so to find out if I would be able to give it as a present I sent a message to customer service who never replied. Finally, the cap arrived yesterday (Tuesday 26/07), 11 days after the order, which is a shame. Great quality!

The cap I ordered from Cayler & Son "Legalize it" is not exactly what I received. The little leaf motifs on the cap have been replaced by a hat and a pair of scissors. Disgraceful, this is the last time I order from your site.
