The fonts on my personalized cap don't look very good once embroidered, and one of the texts is barely legible, which is a shame. Responsive after-sales service and timely delivery.

The packaging had to be repaired by the postal service. On arrival, it was still possible to remove the contents without having to unpack the packaging, just by lifting a corner of the flap. Fortunately, the contents were unharmed.
