Satisfactory first purchase from Headict, although I'm a little disappointed by a small flaw on the top of the cap. Not serious, but the defect is very visible and could have been corrected before shipping.

I'm a bit disappointed with the product because the wool hat I ordered has a big snag on both the front and the back. It was for my boyfriend's birthday so I didn't have time to send it back...
