Ordered with my eyes closed, very, very serious site, delivery as advertised, plus I received a small fabric pouch for storing the cap. Really order without hesitation.

Delivery arrived in an impeccable package and presentation. Very satisfied with the products chosen (I had ordered elsewhere another time, not the same quality), bowler hat and Irish cap fell perfectly on my head, beautiful quality, true to the website. Delivery on time, 1 day later than expected, not serious but just right for my wedding.

Ultra-efficient customer service

I just thought that the cannotier would be a little rounder, but I'm very satisfied with the merchandise, the shipment is careful, I haven't had time to use the hats yet, but it all seems very promising. I've evaluated the customer service, but I haven't had any particular difficulty, so I can't really evaluate this service, since I haven't had to contact her.

I'm a big hat enthusiast. Usually, I always buy in stores; but I found this site online and tried to buy a hat online for the first time (not for the rest). Nothing to say: fast, impeccable delivery. Just one small downside: hats need to be tried on, and mine is a little too big. Well, too bad 🙁
