The color of the cap does not match the description and the photo... product designated black linen, so you expect black and it's really gray after sending back the first model that did not match the size I give up...

As usual, the hats are of good quality and the sizing is perfect. The only minor problem was a yellow stain on the Panama Bogota Brisas, but this was quickly sorted out with the very efficient and courteous customer service person. After ordering five hats, I'm completely satisfied overall.

Sorry but back then when you used yupoong caps for personalization it was better. I don't find your house caps as valuable as the yupoong and at 47 for a stick cap it should look valuable. Personal opinion sorry.

2nd order and still satisfied

I ordered a New Era NY "navy" cap to replace an identical model that had been lost. The cap that was delivered to me is black, and of a much lower quality than the one I ordered on Headict 18 months ago (no suedine visor, less noble materials, etc.). All for exactly the same price of 32. This is misinformation and abuse.
