Still haven't received delivery, so difficult to assess. Although it was supposedly delivered within 48 hours.
My item never arrived. Tried to contact me by e-mail. Unfortunately received no reply.
The delivery took a very long time and when I finally received the package, the size was wrong. I tried to contact customer service, but there is no hotline for complaints. The returns registration does not work and I have not heard back despite repeated requests. The buyer has to bear the costly return shipping costs themselves, which is not possible under Onlin
I once ordered something but never got delivered.After several emails sent still no response.
I did not read your order confirmation. I therefore missed the fact that the hat was sent to the wrong address, which I didn't know at all, and not to the billing address as stated.
There is no telling where my order ended up. The location it should have been sent to is full of scaffolding and know nothing at all about such a package having been delivered. This puts me in an uncomfortable situation because I am going on vacation today (June 28) for 5 weeks and had counted on this hat.

Ordered 2 personalized caps for almost 100, the quality is OK but the caps I received were too small, like junior models compared to New Era or others. Customer service wouldn't listen, referring me to the terms and conditions because there are no exchanges or refunds on personalized items. At this price, I strongly advise you not to buy from this site.
Order placed and message sent after validation and payment. Out of stock. Bad management
Cap not collected 9 days after order and payment. Impossible to get any information from chronopost. (Headict customer service told me that the cap was probably lost or stolen and that they would check with Chronopost. I would have liked a more commercial approach of sending a new cap because to date I have paid and received nothing.

Order has not yet been delivered and to date no money has been refunded.
I ordered and paid for a cap 21/11 but still nothing. Only 3x a message that there is a delay after I sent an email. Too bad.
