I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the embroidery, the finish and the alignment of the personalized logo, I was expecting much better for the price... On the other hand, the quality of the cap is really good!

The personalized caps are perfectly made and of very good quality, but I only received one of the 2 caps I ordered, even though I paid for two. I'm still waiting for my request to be answered by headict customer service.

The cap size is standard, so it's just right for some people. Logo space is small. Nice rendering. Unfortunately it's expensive, given the points of dissatisfaction.

Indeed, the size of our caps respect the standards, that is to say, for a head circumference ranging from 55 to 59 cm as indicated in the product sheet. We are very attentive to the quality of our products. Our customizable caps are of "brand" quality and have recently been made from eco-responsible materials (recycled cotton).

An e-mail with your tracking link was sent to you on 2/05 as well as an SMS when your parcel arrived at the Chronopost relay point.
