Everything is perfect, the merchandise, the customer service...Just the delivery was late in coming. The deadlines were not met. However, as we had the snow episode in Ile de France, I can understand that it took longer.

Delivery good. Good packaging and so on. I did find a delivery time of 5 working days a bit long.Product (Stetson flat cap Belfast) good. However, after proper measuring and ordering the corresponding size, it turned out to be very large (fell over my eyes). Service good; soon after receiving the cap at Headict a size smaller was sent. Disadvantage: track and trace returned at own cost.
