I ordered an item at the beginning of December but it didn't arrive (distribution problem), so I had to call Headict again to get a replacement. In conclusion, customer service is a little slow to react to problems, but otherwise the item is perfect.

Cap arrived faster than expected. The quality of the cap and the stick is very good. Only the writing on the right side is a little compressed and crooked, so that it is difficult to read. I don't know if this is due to the font or the machine possibilities but I can live with it. Can recommend Headict and would buy there again 🙂
