Very satisfied with my order well packaged perfect

Good service, good quality, fast delivery

I paid an extra 10 euros for home delivery, and it arrived at a relay point. So I had to pick it up there instead of having it delivered directly to moivu, which I paid for. I would like to be reimbursed for the delivery costs.

I live in Reunion Island and the service is always impeccable.

The site is clear and easy to use. Delivery is fast. And the products are of excellent quality.

There's just one problem, but it doesn't affect the quality of the product: the parcel arrived "stale" consolidated, by the Post Office no doubt, with a plastic tie (I've taken a photo). The beret is intact and I'm very pleased with it.

I have been waiting two weeks now for my order of 2 New Era caps that should have been delivered within a few days (maximum). Contacted customer service twice without any response... Very poor service, definitely will not recommend you to third and definitely do not plan to order any product from you again.

Very good, but delivery is very expensive because it's very fast. There was only one option. I would have been willing to wait another week and pay less for delivery.
