I ordered 3 caps and received 4 because the embroidery on one was wrong, which still makes 4 splendid caps (for the price of 3) and received them very quickly. A huge choice of caps and great personalization.

Cap arrived after a week, embroidery well done with a small flaw but nothing too serious.

The order went well, the delivery was on time and that's all to your credit, but imagine my surprise when I went to pick up my parcel at the post office and they charged me an extra 20.00 if I wanted to take possession of my parcel because customs had opened it. So I think it would be correct of you to warn the customer of these inconveniences (so not 7.- but 27.-).

Site and product description clearly explained. Delivery and packaging beyond reproach. I recommend without hesitation.

I ordered two hats, one of which was too big. I returned one for a refund and ordered a new one the size down. The return was processed quickly and I received my new hat on time. The hats are great and the after-sales service is efficient.

Our chef's hat would be more personalizable if we could put stickers or symbols on the object to be personalized.
