Product is really bad. I paid almost 50 euros for a cap whose text on the side is crooked. The text on the front is as much as twice the size as the example indicated during ordering. I deliberately chose small font because it is now too conspicuous. The color text on the cap is also totally different than on example. Would like to come to a solution. Regards karlijn

What can I say except that I'm a fan of headict products, which are of the highest quality. I've already ordered 3 personalized snapbacks with embroidery and engraved patches, and that's just for starters. What more could you ask for than an e-mail contact and fast, accurate answers?

As a result, we're wondering what happens between the return of the package on our end and the shipment of the new product on yours. A trace on the cap is a shame

For delivery in Canada, we expect the order total to be in Canadian dollars, not US dollars. You'll be unpleasantly surprised by the actual amount of the order after you've paid for it.

Since I bought it to give as a gift, the presentation would have been more spectacular in a beautiful box with your logo. Your product is of very high quality. The hat didn't do everything right

Hat received with a defect, the mails were undone on one spot making a hole the size of a 2 coin, sending the item back would have cost me more than having it repaired by myself. Last time I order clothes online. Delivery on time RAS.

Delivery scheduled for December 28, finally received 1 week ahead of schedule. My order was handled incorrectly, but resolved very professionally by e-mail the next day. Please note, however, that the PDF file with the final visuals does not correspond to the order. Logo at top of sheet and wrong patch in visuals but correct reference on invoice.

I appreciated the speed of delivery and the quality of the product ordered. The only downside was the size ordered: displayed as size M (56-57) on the website, the product received was marked 57. I would have liked to have been able to choose the size more precisely; I wanted size 56...
