Delivery: received on time, well packaged, however I find the postage quite high (20 of the price of the cap), if you order under 75e. Merchandise: On my two personalized caps, one was redone because it had a defect and not the 2nd which also had a defect, too bad. In the end I'm still satisfied with the result, when the cap is successful.

Just one small remark about the price, which is a bit steep. Just under 40 including postage, which is expensive for a cap, even a personalized one.
