I ordered a cap with my own lettering. The lettering was to be engraved. The leather emblem was not sewn in the middle and the engraving was unclean and some letters were illegible. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I had expected much more.

The order was completely compliant and the delivery was very fast and well protected.
