It would be a good idea for you to ask for the customer's head size (and for him to note this in his order), so that you can check which headgear size will best suit the customer before sending the order. It's up to you whether or not to supply a reducer (when the headgear allows it), or to find a solution by any technical means within your competence.

I was delighted with the product, the delivery was a little long (because of the holiday and Sunday so in no way because of Headict). Very pleasant to order on this site, I'll do it again if I get the chance.
