Hello, Delivery was within 48 hours but I only received it 4 days after ordering. I've already placed quite a few orders with you and this is the first time it's happened. If not, your site is great. I don't understand anyone who can't find what they're looking for.

I informed the parcel service that the parcel should be delivered to a pickup station. The notification arrived, but the parcel was not there. It was delivered to my home instead. The product is really great I will order a cap again

We had agreed by email to receive a photo before confirming the 20 caps and this was not done.

The underside of the canopy is green. This was not shown/mentioned anywhere before. Otherwise everything is OK

Embroidery a little damaged on receipt, a pity.

I bought a straw hat for summer from Stetson, I had based on the dimensions of my head to order in size L in the end the hat was too big and I sent it back asking for an exchange in size M, the exchange was fast. Now the hat fits perfectly and I'm very happy with it.

Delivery was faster than expected, however, the site said it would ship the day after, so I did not expect it to take a few more days. Products were as I expected. While ordering suddenly a page came up in French, this might also explain why it took longer than a day, maybe this company is located in France or something.
