I ordered two Stetson hats at 70 pieces. Received in one box, I would have liked to have two. And the return for size change is at the customer's expense. Few sites still charge for returns. I find this even worse on products priced at 70.

I appreciated the quick reaction to the fact that the item ordered was no longer available. Replacing it with another item was easy.
