A little disappointed with my contact with customer service. I wanted to personalize a cap with "special characters" and it wasn't possible to do this except as a prototype. I settled for a translation with the classic abcde... It's not exactly the cap I wanted, but the quality is still impeccable and the packaging in a small canvas bag is top-notch.

To exchange a product you have to send an email but you get no reply. No free returns. Products are top but service could be much better.

Too bad there are no real sizes instead of S, M, L. I'm a 58 and the only choice is 58-59 and I get L which is too big for me I had to put a thickness so that my ears stop playing the role of brake Apart from that, the quality is magnificent. Have a nice weekend and summer. Jacky Vanzetti
