Parcel received on time and the cap arrived in good condition. Being a little fussy, the cap took a wrinkle on the top front face due to the size of the package.

More than perfect care for the delivery of a simple bandana placed carefully in a bag and then a letter with bubble wrap rarely surprised by the quality of a delivery.

Delivery ok, fast and good follow-up. My drawbacks: the burgundy color is not exactly the same as that of the visor. A few stitches missing in the capital T of the 1st letter.

Hello, I'm a little disappointed with the quality of one of the caps, in terms of the fabrics used and the finish. I don't know if it's because it's made in china, but I own 4 "Stetson" caps and it's the first time I've had a "made in china" cap. The others were made either in Germany or Bulgaria and are of much better quality.

The typeface is much smaller, whereas on the computer the typeface is larger, and on the side there's a typeface missing that hasn't been put in.

Fine web shop but communication is a bit difficult and some info about delivery is provided in French language. And I don't speak that language. Other than that, nothing to complain about Headict.

Textile visiere mal tendus . Embroidery quality very average. Decus for a product at 40E. I was going to make a series of 10 but I think I'll wait for better quality.

Order arrived very quickly. 2 days before the indicated expected date. Hat was neatly and carefully packed.

Delivery took over a week, but this was justified as it was a custom-made product. The merchandise is however of very good quality and faithful to the images. Very good site, I recommend it.

The continue order button doesn't work, they wrote me an email to say it was already working but it wasn't, the cap arrived with a typo, instead of a dot they put a weird symbol, I'm so disappointed 🙁

We have a nice cap.I am size 58 and my girth is also size 58.Yet it is very loose on the head I am afraid that when I drive in the donkervoort it will blow off.Is there something for that? Bert

Product seems to be as advertised on the site and well packaged for fairly fast delivery.

I had to order from the children's section because of my small size, but headict was the only place I could find nice caps in my size. I was very happy when I received the caps, which matched the photo on the website.

The size of the hat I received does not match the size I ordered. I ordered a size 55 and the hat I received is at least a size 58. Much too big. I will return my order. Best regards.
