Everything was perfect except for the delivery which took longer than stated: Delivery according to tracking 28 or 29 June, actual delivery 11 July (but it was free). Hat was perfectly packaged and in perfect condition. Price performance is unrivaled Will always order via Headict.de in the future.

The only problem is that in the case of an exchange, the customer has to pay for the colissimo return. For orders of a hundred euros or so, I think the return postage should be paid for, as some do.

Perhaps easier to be able to select pickup point directly.
