You've got one of the best savs I've ever come across, don't change a thing. The only thing about my last order is that I had points to use, but they expired because I was waiting for products to become available. Maybe it would be a good idea to extend the expiry date or not use them at all. Perhaps it would be a good idea to extend the expiry date or not to use them at all. The product I ordered turned out to be too small after delivery. This while I had measured beforehand according to the instructions on the site. Shipping costs 5.50. To return you pay 10.75. All in all, I paid 16.25 for nothing.

The only downside is that several customers would like to have a cap embroidered with their own LOGO but this is not possible as a minimum order of 10 caps is required.

A little disappointed with my contact with customer service. I wanted to personalize a cap with "special characters" and it wasn't possible to do this except as a prototype. I settled for a translation with the classic abcde... It's not exactly the cap I wanted, but the quality is still impeccable and the packaging in a small canvas bag is top-notch.

I ordered a hat twice in a row that doesn't fit (too small) even though I know my size and was careful to order the right size (60): the first 55-60 doesn't fit on my head, the second 60 is perched on the top of my head and doesn't fit. Very disappointed.
