Fast and good

The product itself is very good. However, it arrived 5 days late, so the birthday had passed and it was the planned gift... I am therefore dissatisfied with the service but not with the product. I would advise you to plan ahead.

The only drawback is that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs in the event of a product exchange, which, when added to the initial shipping costs, significantly increases the final price.

The product is very small for a 59, and of such poor quality that I'm still wondering if it's a real Borsalino.

Delivery takes too long and costs too much. In this case, it should be marked on the invoice or better shown.

Usually I'm always satisfied but on my last snapback cap customization I noticed a few flaws it was a bit badly sewn. ...and it's a shame you can't customize the gold label that's put on the cap to get a more real look.

Disappointed, I thought I'd get a thicker bandana. Also, it doesn't say made in USA, but designed in USA. Where are they made then, in China? - No gift-wrapping, because nice packaging reserved for Christmas parties.
