Despite a choice of 24-hour express home delivery (and therefore a higher price), I received the parcel more than 48 hours later, which I had to collect from a relay point because the deliveryman was too lazy to come to my house and explain why I wasn't there, even though there were 4 of us at home at the time indicated.
