The time from order to delivery is very short, and the shipping costs are very reasonable. The caps arrived in a cardboard box the same height as the cap, so their shape wasn't damaged in transit, and that's a good point. I haven't had any contact with customer service, so I can't comment on that.

Compliant order but problem of information or understanding, so a little disappointment.
