I've been a customer for a few years now, and we (me and my sons) are very satisfied with the site and your products, which are always of high quality. Fast delivery, goods always very well packed. The small plus in terms of customer service would be to have a repair workshop or the possibility of having repair parts such as covered buttons.

The delivery came on time, the driver gave me my item personally. The cap is exactly as pictured and as I hoped, the packaging was also in excellent condition but I didn't get in touch with customer service so I didn't write it down. Quick delivery. Cap well protected. The only problem is that the cap has creases and on linen. I'm thinking of trying to redo its original creases with the use of a patte mouille to remove wrinkles as well. Hopefully everything will be back to normal.
