As your address was incomplete, it was not possible to deliver the parcel. That's why our customer service department went directly to the address you gave us to check that it was impossible to get to the residence. You were able to collect your parcel from our premises 48 hours ago, and the postage costs were reimbursed.

Otherwise, I have no complaints about the merchandise, but concerning the site, I would have greatly appreciated it if the material (cotton, polyester, wool...) had been indicated in the presentation of the textile products.
