Ordered personalized snapback. 1 day after ordering I found out that the text I had entered was incorrect. Through the contact form on the site immediately asked if this could still be changed. This form indicates a response within 1 business day, unfortunately no response and my question was not answered nor was it resolved. Bad service.

The delivery was good. Only thing was the wrong item was delivered, but we returned with return sticker and nicely received full refund.
