I am very disappointed with the quality of my custom cap. There was a black thread on the top which is red, the visor is sewn askew, the materials are of mediocre quality... I intend to obtain a commercial gesture, as the price is unjustified.

Delivery 1 in 2 days after the package is sent (it takes 1 to 2 weeks to prepare the order). For the merchandise I can not judge since it is a gift. Recommendable

When I last ordered the bob had been deformed and put straight into the box in the parcel. However, I had previously ordered a bob of the same brand and it had arrived packaged in a box of the brand in question (Cayler and sons) and then packaged in a parcel for dispatch. It was therefore in perfect condition when it arrived.

Very well done, ergonomic website, the store looks great too and the after-sales service is just perfect. Good experience and hats off to you for a well-chosen name.

Return process is out of date

The box was open when it was delivered, it had been badly closed and the post office had to add tape... for the beret, very good quality but the size was too small so I had to send it back, too bad there is no size above...
